8 Tips to manage your time for Bloggers

This time, like all times, is a very good one, if we but know what to do with it.
Ralph Waldo Emerson

blogging time managementThe trickiest part that comes with Blogging is indeed lack of time. If you are a good writer and enjoy every single word of what you write, then this article might be for you. It is not away from reality that the times we live in are extremely busy. Blogging in such times can be a problem for many.
There can be two dimension to this. You can be a Blogger who cant resist writing more and more, with less time to write. Or you can be a Blogger who takes hours to get into writing motion.

Either the case, time management is pretty crucial for both. Lets jump into the topic and discuss how you can manage your time and get most out of your day for Blogging without effecting your other daily chores.

1. Knowing Your Highest  Energy Level Moments

As a human, we cannot be active all day long. There are short spans in the day when we feel most fit and active. This can vary to every individual. Some people feel more active early in the morning around 8 to 10 am. Some might find nights more refreshing and comfortable. What ever the case is with you, the point is that it is extremely important to find your peak hours through out the day.
These spans can be very effective in building the content for your blog. As a writer you should be in peace when writing at your blog. So knowing about your highest energy levels points in the day is important to be a successful and well timed managed blogger.

2. Build a Routine and Stick To It

Once you have figured out your peak energy levels shells you need to build a routine. Say if you feel active for 3 hours after you get up and take your breakfast, you can refresh your self for an hour and then start writing articles for the rest of the two hours. As you know that for the rest of the day you would be down, so this is the time when you have to utilize the most.
Make it your routine and stick to it. Put on an alarm for the next day and wake up by force. Don't get late for your blogging task. Take it as a job. You need to wake up at a set frame of time. Don't be lazy.

3. Stand Up Against Any Distractions

Once you are following your daily routine, you don't want any one to distract you from it. Whether they are your friends on mobile, social networks, SMS etc or even your very own family members. You need to make them realize that you are in a working mode and cannot interact. I understand that its difficult to sustain in daily family life, but you got to try. Its in fact your intention and seriousness towards your own work. If you are a true friend of your self, you wont feel many distractions.
If you feel like that you are tempted to surf net while you blog, plug off your net wire or your wi-fi connection for the time being. Its again seniority towards your self.

4. Plan Your Work But Not that Much!

Some people take it forever to plan their articles. You wont get any where with that. When you talk about time management you need to balance every thing. Obviously planing more will make your work better, but at what cost? Make a general plan  for your article and just start writing. Take the article as a conversation with the audience.
When you intend to give some information to your friend, how much time it takes you to " Plan " that conversion? This is the point. Write as if you are talking to your friends and providing them with the information you are good at.

5. Choose a fixed place to blog

This is one of the key factor in blogging. Carry out blogging at a fixed place. Changing your place every now and then wont help you out. It would take time to adjust at a particular place, minimizing your output.

6. Learn Typing

Blogging is all about writing more and more content. If you know how to type fast, it would be as easy as pie for you. You can produce tons of content with less effort in a given amount of time. Extremely recommended for bloggers.

7. Utilize Your Left Over Time for the Next day

In case you end up early writing an article in that given amount of two hours, you should not jump out of your seat. Try building up more content and utilize those two hours. Think of those two hours solely dedicated to
"Blogging". May be you can post the other article the next day.
If you feel that you are really a head of your schedule, you can rethink over your posting frequency. You can save your posts and think of publishing them the next day because keeping a consistent post frequency increases your search engine ranking  and improves your listing in a SERP. Never Publish in a bulk, be consistent.

8. Give Your Self a Reward

Once you are done working for those two hours, give your self some reward. Why not take a round at a park, or some time at computer games, or a cup ice cream :)

Enjoy every moment of your Blogging life. Happy and healthy mind equals Best of your potentials. Hope this article could make a difference in your blogging life style.
Peace out ! =)

Guest Post Is going to make your blog better

Guest Blogging is one of the best Option for Bloggers who are busy and do not have much time for having there blog updated with posts.
You may think that allowing guest posts on your blog is a risk and even can harm your blog. Its true that this can happen that is rare and the guest blogger will never get complete control unless you allow them.
Almost all bloggers are just getting a win-win situation through this.

Pros of Allowing Guest Posting on Your Site

New Ideas

One of the best reasons to allow guest posting on your blog is to introduce your readers to new content. If you’re running low on ideas or beginning to feel that your blog is mundane and boring, inviting a guest poster to write content for your blog may be just what it needs to shake it up and get your readers excited about your niche again.

Less Time Investment

Another reason to allow guest posting is that it takes the pressure off of you to always be the one coming up with the ideas, writing the posts and editing them before they are posted. Many people don’t realize how much time and effort it takes to keep up with a blog until they already have a following. It’s a good idea to allow a guest post or two when you’re busy taking care of other aspects of your life. You are unlikely to feel like you’re abandoning your readers by taking a day off if you have a guest post lined up before you leave.

Introduction to New Readers

If you have a guest blogger who has their own following, allowing them to post on your blog usually means that their readers will be introduced to the content on your site. The guest poster will usually promote their post to their readers, which means that your blog will be exposed to a larger audience that may never have found it on their own.

Cons of Allowing Guest Posting on Your Site

May Turn Off Current Readers

Some readers may think that people who allow guest posts on their site are lazy or uninterested in the content of their site. Allowing a guest post once every few months probably won’t make you seem lazy, but readers may be turned off if you allow guest posts too often.

Different Voice

Another con of allowing guest posting on your site is that most writers have a distinctive voice that makes it easy for writers to tell one blog from another. The person who is guest posting is very unlikely to have a voice that is similar to yours. Readers who are particularly fond of your writing style may become confused or lose interest in your blog if you allow guest posts that are very different from your usual style.

Loss of Ultimate Control Over Content

The biggest con of allowing guest posting is that it takes away some of the control that you have over the things that are posted on your site. You will have ultimate control over what is posted on your blog, but allowing guest posting means that the other writer will probably explain things differently than you would and letting go of ultimate control can be difficult emotionally.

Monetize your blog and Increase your monthly Revenue

When it comes to Monetizing your blog, it has two paths. The Direct and the Indirect. The Direct is like you gain and monetize your blog directly. Indirect is you use some other ways that is secret or so to earn money.

Indirect Methods Of Earning Money

1.Advertising

This is probably the most popular and the most misunderstood indirect way of making money from a website.

What's so indirect about it? This is a prime example. You're making money from advertising while people are reading your content (enjoying your site) and every once in a while they click on some ads.

The idea is that you're not publishing content just to get someone to click, but they do it anyway whenever they see an interesting ad - this is how you make money indirectly as a side effect of publishing your regular content.

There's nothing more obvious than advertising. Even when you talk to someone who's never owned a website and uses the internet only for Facebook, when you tell them that you're making money from your blog, the first thing they're going to say is: "Advertising?"

Why is it the most misunderstood? Because most of the time it is not the best possible way of monetizing a website. Don't get me wrong, advertising works, like gangbusters, but only if your site is big enough.

In essence, you need traffic before you can translate that traffic into money. OR. You need a truly niche audience - people interested in specific kinds of topics. In such a situation, the audience doesn't need to be huge.

The basic rule of thumb is: the more general the topic of your site is, the more traffic you'll need to make advertising work for you.

There are many ways of advertising. You can use traditional graphic banners, text links, sidebar banners and links, contextual ads (e.g. AdSense), etc.

2. Indirect Affiliate Marketing

This is essentially advertising, but I think that it deserves a separate coverage.

When doing traditional advertising, you generally get paid when someone clicks your ads.

Affiliate marketing is different. It won't get you paid right away. To earn money as an affiliate, you have to convince someone to click your ads and THEN buy the thing you're promoting, or perform some other desired action.

Apart from that, it's essentially the same. You're still using banners, text ads and all kinds of other things.
To get started, you can visit affiliate networks such as: AmazonClickbankCommission Junction, and literally hundreds of others.

Quite frankly, this covers the indirect scope. I can't think of any other methods that make sense here. (Can you?)

Direct Methods Of Earning Money

1. Selling your Own Products

This is probably the most obvious direct path you can take. Offering their own products is the biggest money maker for many bloggers out there, including most of the A-list team.

The product development topic is a really extensive one, and there are tons of great tutorials and information online, so I'm not going to pretend that I can explain it in this one post.

However, the main idea (and I mean the most basic idea) of this whole thing is somewhat simple. You start by doing market research to find out what is most likely to be bought by your audience. Then you come up with a product, spend some time on developing it, create marketing materials, set a launch date and off you go.
(Of course, I wish it would be that easy as it looks in the paragraph above.)

Once you have all of this done you can start promoting your product on your blog or website. Each post where you talk about your product openly is a direct try at making money.

Depending on the niche you're in and your position in it, the product approach may or may not work for you. But as I said in the beginning, I'm only describing the tools and it's your job to make things happen.

2. Direct Affiliate Promotions

The technical aspect is still the same as it is for indirect affiliate marketing. You still get a custom link (provided by the affiliate network) and when someone clicks it and makes a purchase you get a commission. But the difference is how you're using it here.

Direct affiliate promotions can be done in a variety of different ways. For instance:
  • Reviews. You write a review for some product you're an affiliate of, and publish it on your blog. If your audience finds the product interesting they can click your link and buy it. However, be careful not to write a fake review just to get someone to buy the thing. This isn't worth it. If you want to write a review you need to make it honest.
  • Recommendations. Those are usually just short posts describing a new product that has just been launched. A product you find interesting for your audience... A kind of "hey, check it out"-post.
  • Interviews. The idea is that you interview someone who has just launched a new product you're an affiliate of. You talk about the topic of the product or whatever else you want, and at the end you take that opportunity to present your audience with your affiliate link and try to sell them on the product.
  • Themed landing pages. This is a somewhat complicated thing. You start by creating a custom landing page around a certain topic (keyword). The page should contain valuable information real people might be searching for. Finally, you top it off with some affiliate links.
I'm sure there are more ways of doing some direct affiliate promotions but let's just stick with these for now. In a nutshell, if you want to make money through affiliate marketing, you should include some of this affiliate-content in your overall content plan.

3. Hire Me Pages

If you have any freelancing spirit living in you, this might be a good approach to take.

Basically, you're creating a new page on your blog, titled "hire me" or anything else that sounds similar. This page presents the services you offer and all the important info on how to hire you. Essentially, it sells your visitors on hiring you to do whatever it is you can do for them.

Some of the most popular freelancing fields are: writing, web design, online marketing tasks, consulting, or whatever makes sense in your niche.

Thats it. Now its all upto you. Try these methods and Earn some cash into your pockets. Leave your comments and share your ideas below

3 Best Ways To Get AdSense Account Approval

Google AdSense is undoubtedly the best way to make money online from your website. But many of the bloggers & webmasters could not make most from their website because either they are not able to get approval from AdSense or their account got disabled.
3 Best Tricks to Get AdSense Account Approval
There is no other ad network that can match the AdSense earnings. I have tested many other network with or without AdSense on many of my blogs but even the best ad network did not make me even 50% earnings that I could make with AdSense.
One of the strict AdSense policy says that you can not apply to AdSense if your domain name is not 6 months old. Many of the new bloggers who start their blog & work hard to bring the traffic on their website had to wait until there domain age becomes more than 6 months.
So what is the solutions for the people who genuinely want to make money from Google AdSense? How can they get an AdSense account?
I am going to describe here 3 of the best methods which still works to get approval from Google AdSense. I have tested these methods for many of the people who deserve to get an AdSense account & found success rate of more than 90%. So just check what are these methods that you can use to get approval from AdSense.

3 Ways To Get AdSense Approval

Before I want to share these 3 methods, I strongly recommend you, not to purchase AdSense account from anywhere because I know such account does not have a life of more than 15 days. With in next 2 weeks, you will get an email from Google saying your AdSense account is deactivated.
After you contact these people, either they will not reply you or they will blame on you for this deactivation. These AdSense account sellers use the black hat method to create the AdSense account & once Google knows it, he deactivates the account.
So instead of going this way, use these tested methods to get AdSense account approval.

1. Use Revenue Sharing Websites

This is one of my favorite method to get AdSense approval. This still works best. Many of the people who does not get approval know about this method. But what they don’t know is how this method works.
Most of the people who try to get AdSense approval through this method will upload 1-2 low quality article on revenue sharing websites & then they submit this website to AdSense. In next 2-3 days, they get a sorry email from Google.
There are many revenue sharing websites like HubPages, Squidoo, Indyarocks etc.
AdSense account is your gold mine so you have to take some pain to get the approval from this. Choose any of the site say ‘HubPages’. Now you need to write well keyword researched articles on this website that is easy to get rank in search engines. Write at least 5-10 articles in this fashion so that you will get traffic as well as authority on this website.
Now, you are able to submit your website to AdSense. In most cases, you will get the approval in first attempt. In rare case, if you don’t get the approval, write more high quality articles on your website & then again resubmit. This time, you will get the approval.

2. Use Blogger Blog

This is another best way to get approval from AdSense. The best thing about BlogSpot is that you can apply to AdSense account from your blogger account itself. But as most of the spam people try to get advantage of this method, Google has become strict for this method too.
But with one tweak, you can use this method effectively. What you have to do here is buy a domain name from Blogger domain service. And then instead of using Blogspot.com to publish your contents, use this custom domain to publish your contents.
Now again, you have to publish well researched high quality articles on this blog. Write at least 5-10 articles using this method before applying to AdSense account.
After you start getting some traffic, you can think of applying to AdSense. I am sure, you will get your approval in 1 or 2 attempts.

3. Buy An Expired Domain

Now Google says, you need to have 6 months old domain to apply for AdSense but as you are a beginner & started your blog 1-2 months back, you are not eligible for applying to AdSense account from this blog.
Instead of using this blog for approval, what you can do is buy an another old domain. Daily hundreds of thousands of domains get expired due to either owner don’t want to renew that domain or they have no money to pay domain renewal charges.
You can buy such domains from the domain auction marketplaces like SEDO, GoDaddy etc. I am not talking here to buy some premium type of domains or the domains with Pagerank or traffic.
You can buy any expired domain which is more than 1 year old. You will find thousands of such domains no one interested in & you can buy it for as low as $10.
Its good if you manage to buy a domain with some Pagerank & backlinks but if not, there is no problem. After buying the domain, install WordPress on this. Choose one of the decent theme for your blog & then install essentials plugins like Google XML Sitemap, JetPack, Contact Form etc.
Now repeat the same thing like writing high quality articles on your blog & then apply to AdSense account. You must get the approval in the first try itself. If not, write more contents & reapply again after a week. You must get your AdSense account approval now.

I am sure you will get your account with these methods as I have tested them with many of my blog reader & they got success with at least one method. As you can see, I have emphasized on quality of articles in all the methods, you have to keep this in mind. Google value original contents more than anything else.

How Not To Drive Traffic To Your Blog?

How Not to Drive Traffic to Your Blog?
There are lots of ways to drive traffic to your site. Especially newbie bloggers are mad for getting traffic. They can do anything for getting traffic. There are lots of articles written on web about getting traffic, and shared lots of ways to get traffic. But no one showed that what are bad ways to drive traffic to your blog, and which type of traffic is really useless and even giving harm to you sometimes.

Today I'll show you some bad techniques to drive traffic to your site, which you should be aware of and never use them. Because they won't give you any benefit, in-fact they could harm you sometimes, too.

Paid Traffic

Lots of internet companies are offering guaranteed leads to your website for a small amount. Like, they say, they will give you 1000 unique visitors only for 2$. Any newbie would get excited with this offer and probably, but it.

Do you know how harmful is Paid Traffic? Paid traffic aren't the real visitors. They have a big crowd of people, who have signed contract for visiting websites and they get money for visiting it. Those people won't comment, share of like your articles, they will just visit and go.

Tell me, is this traffic helpful in anyway?

This type of traffic is even worst than the robots traffic.

The second worst type of traffic is,

Traffic generated by Crappy Softwares

You might be already knowing about this, they are some softwares which will provide traffic to your site. Actually, its not traffic at all. You've to enter proxies and the software will generate hits using the free proxy ip provided by you, which could be easily found anywhere on the web.

Link Baiting

Link baiting means, exchanging links with other sites. This may generate traffic to your site. Link baiting is basically for a fixed period, after that, both of the sites will remove each others' links from their site. You'll get traffic till your link is there, and a bit of link juice too, but after that, once your link is removed, Google will catch you, and link baiting is one of worst black hat SEO technique, so your rankings will fall down.

You'll lose your rankings, and your traffic and blog will be dead. So you must be aware of these bad techniques.

So now question is that, how to drive traffic?

I've answered your question earlier already. If you want to know how to drive traffic to your site, then check this post written by me on blogtipsntricks.

I hope you liked this short but informative article.
